Feature & Follow Friday: Favourite Genres

Feature & Follow Friday is hosted by Rachel over at Parajunkee's View and Alison of Alison Can Read. This is a chance to get to know fellow book bloggers and have them meet you. Be sure to pop over and meet this week's featured bloggers! Also, don't forget to pop back over in a couple of days to vote for next week's featured blogger.

What are your favourite book genres?

Well, I'm all about the love for YA, and my most favourite genres are contemporary and fantasy. I really enjoy pretty much everything YA though, so I read historical, romance, scifi and dystopian a lot too. In terms of adult fiction, I'm a fan of romance. I have a soft spot for Nicholas Sparks, Regency romance and those Scottish highlander novels. I'm sure you have an idea of what I mean. I love M/M romances too. They're my go to reads when I'm in a slump.

What are your favourite genres? Thanks for stopping by and following me!

  3. I enjoy YA Fantasy and have started requesting more of that lately. I met an awesome YA Fantasy author at RT, Rachel E. Carter. So I'm excited to try her stuff. But I'm on par with everything else you read as well. I don't do too much MM Romance.. only because I find it hard to envision myself as the main character, and that's the type of reader I am.

  11. Yes yes and yes I also read all the genre's you said as well. I love anything in YA. I don't read a lot of contemporary unless it is an series issue or lgbtq contemporary book than I absolutely love reading them. I also read M/M from times to times but I really need too read more of them because I just missed reading that genre. Thank you for stopping by and following my blog! Old Follower.
