Bout of Books Challenge: Would You Rather...

Bout of Books

The Bout of Books Read-a-Thon is underway and it's time for our first challenge! Today's is a game of Would You Rather hosted by Writing My Own Fairy Tale!

It's pretty simple! Answer the below Would You Rather questions, then link up your post and enter for the chance to win a great prize. You can do so over at Writing My Own Fairy Tale.

Here we go...

Would you rather:
Lend books to someone who dog-ears pages or to someone who reads with cheesy Cheetos fingers?

Me: Wow, that's a hard one right up! I think maybe I'd rather lend books to someone who dog-ears pages. That definitely upsets me but having grotty orange smears all over my lovely books would be gross.

Would you rather:
Be able to meet one character of your choice or meet one author of your choice?

Me: Oh, there's definitely some characters I'd swoon over and I could never decide on just one I don't think. So I'm going to go with meeting one author of my choice. And that author would likely be Sarah Dessen, if you're interested to know!

Would you rather:
Never be allowed in a book store again or never be allowed in a library again?

Me: Erm, probably never be allowed in a library again, if only because I'm so addicted to buying books. Ha, maybe I should choose never be allowed in a book store again so I save some money and shelf space!

Would you rather:
Have to choose one of your favorite characters to die in their book or have to pick one of your favorite couples to break up in their book?

Me: Why are there no easy choices?! This one is kind of mean, my poor heart! Um, um, um...maybe one of my favourite couples to break up in their book? Oh, I just don't know!

Would you rather:
Be required to read Twilight once a year for the rest of your life or The Scarlet Letter once a year for the rest of your life?

Me: Hmmm, I liked both well enough, so neither of them would be too torturous for me. Though after a few years it probably would be! Maybe Twilight simply because it's such an easy read? I'd get through it in no time and could move on to the rest of the year's reading!

That was fun! What would you rather? Any you'd choose differently from me?
