Stacking the Shelves (58)

Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews. Share all of the bookish goodies you got during the week!

I do so love visiting my favourite bookstore! This week there was a 3 for the price of 2 deal happening and I had a enough points saved on my Rewards card to get a free book! Yay!

Bought:

The Martian by Andy Weir
American Gods by Neil Gaiman
Paperweight by Meg Haston
To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee - definitely time for a reread!
Lying Out Loud by Kody Keplinger
The Improbable Theory of Ana and Zak by Brian Katcher

I also received my Ant-Man Marvel Collector Corp box this week, woohoo! I still cheer and I doubt that'll change no matter how many boxes I get. It's just too much fun unboxing all these goodies!

I have so much reading to do!! Thankfully I shouldn't be visiting a bookstore for at least a month now, so maybe I'll save some money and cross some books off of my TBR pile!

What awesome books did you get your hands on?

  3. I have that version of American Gods sitting upstairs on my shelf... really need to read it sometime, I've heard a lot of good things about it and I need to read some more Neil Gaiman books.

    1. I feel pretty much the exact same way, that reading American Gods is a long time coming and that I need to read a lot more Gaiman. I think I've only ever read The Graveyard Book and I know I'm missing out! Thanks for following, Ailsa!

    1. It certainly is! I loved it when I read it in school, and with the release of Go Set A Watchman, I figure it's time I reread it. Thanks for following, Nikita!

    1. To be honest, I hadn't heard of it until I saw the trailer, and it looks so, so good! I'll read it and watch it just for that line about having to 'science the shit out of this', haha! But I've been hearing awesome things about the book now so I'm really looking forward to it. :-D
