Feature & Follow Friday: Favourite Movie(s)

Feature & Follow Friday is hosted by Rachel over at Parajunkee's View and Alison of Alison Can Read. This is a chance to get to know fellow book bloggers and have them meet you. Be sure to pop over and meet this week's featured bloggers!

What is your favourite movie?

I cannot even begin to answer this question...it's missing essential elements! Namely 'are' and 's'. Yep. It needs to read "What are your favourite movies?" I love movies (and TV shows) like I love books. That is, I'm obsessed. And having just one favourite is impossible. There are definite stand-outs though. I call these movies my 'go to movies'. If I'm in certain moods, these are the movies I turn to. They're my repeat watches. If I see them on, I'll watch them. I've seen them so many times I couldn't even begin to count. These are the movies that still impact me, despite watching them over and over...and over again. I quite like lists, so how about a list? And believe me, they are in no particular order. Just as they're coming to mind!

And it's not finished. Because I've likely forgotten some. Plus, added to it is of course the Harry Potter series, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, The Hobbit trilogy, and everything Marvel Cinematic Universe. I love The Avengers so, so much.

Okay, I'm just going to stop now. I should show you a picture of my DVD/Blu-Ray collection someday. Or maybe I should have just shared it instead of a list...

Enough about me! What is your favourite movie? Or movies, as the case may be!

  1. Ohhh I love A Cinderella Story too! I always love to watch that when it's on. I still haven't seen LOTR or The Hobbit movies but I will do eventually. Great list! :)

    1. Yay, a fellow A Cinderella Story lover! If I see it on I always watch it too. There's just something about it, it's lovely. It's a cheer me up movie. :-) Oh, I adore LotR and The Hobbit trilogy. They're epic and amazing. I hope you love them when you see them! Thanks, Nicola. :-D

  2. Oh, The Little Mermaid! When I was a kid I had really red hair (now it's a kind of auburny-brown) and my parents used to dress me in a little purple and green swimming costume with a mermaid tail attached. Apparently it was so cute it was worth the questionable safety! Still love the movie though.

    1. Aww, that is such a cute story! But yes, a fake mermaid tale could not have made swimming as easy it was for Ariel, haha! The things parents do. ;-) Thanks for following, Mikayla!

  5. I love Pride & Prejudice. I was watching it on the treadmill a few weeks ago, even though I’ve probably seen it a dozen times.

    1. I've lost count how many times I've watched it. If I see it on I watch it and sometimes it's just the perfect movie to put on, yeah? :-D
