Feature & Follow Friday: Pitch your favourite book as a movie

Feature & Follow Friday is hosted by Rachel over at Parajunkee's View and Alison of Alison Can Read. This is a chance to get to know fellow book bloggers and have them meet you. Be sure to pop over and meet this week's featured bloggers!

How would you pitch to the biz to make your favourite book into a movie?

First I'd have to actually pick a favourite book to be made into a movie! ARGH! Okay, let's go with The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern simply because it topped my Top Ten Books I'd Love to See as Movies list from the most recent Top Ten Tuesday. I really needed to put so much more thought into this...

Magic, intrigue, and a romance to make or break it all, set within the black and white striped tent of Le Cirque de Reves - a circus that only opens at night. This is an original story with a cast, costumes, setting and effects so imaginative it will be a visual feast. A book perfect to be a movie, The Night Circus is guaranteed to wow audiences.

How's that?

What book would you want made into a movie and how would you pitch it? And hey, have I got you interested to see The Night Circus?

    1. I feel much the same way. I can never decide which book I'd love to see as a movie the most. Thanks for following!

  3. I have so many favorite books that I'm not sure I would be able to pick just one to be made into a movie/TV show. But I really enjoy your concept for The Night circus!

    1. That's how I feel! Picking just 10 for Top Ten Tuesday was hard enough, rather than only one! ;-) Thanks so much, Tina.
